Any visible transport damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographs of the packaging and the affected product. Our Customer Care team will promptly assess the situation and work towards the appropriate solution.
Yes. Depending on the nature of the issue, Malabar offers repair solutions and dedicated after-sales support to ensure the long-term performance and beauty of our furniture.
Malabar products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of dispatch. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use. It does not cover natural wear and tear, damage caused by improper handling, misuse, accidents, inadequate maintenance or normal ageing of upholstery and surface finishes. For customised products, specific warranty conditions may apply.
